We have many different sizes to choose from. With nearly 400 rentals providing more than 45,000 square feet of space, we’re confident we can accommodate your upcoming project. What kind of units do you offer?

You can choose between drive-up accessible spaces and air-cooled rentals depending on the belongings you plan to store. We also provide uncovered parking spaces suitable for trailers and other vehicles. No matter what you select, you’ll enjoy a ground-level rental, saving time you time and hassle associated with stairs and elevators.


When can I access my rental?

Our access hours run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day of the week! Our hours are extended so that you don’t need to rearrange your schedule to enjoy our services. Because we shut down our gates overnight, we prevent nighttime activity on our property, resulting in a safer environment for your valuables.


When is your office open?

Our office is open between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. At least one of our team members will be on the property during these times and will be more than happy to accommodate you.


Where is your facility located?

We are located at 12500 W Thunderbird Road in El Mirage, AZ 85335. We’re a short drive from Maricopa County Clinic, Walmart, and Domino’s, making us an easy choice for nearby communities like Goodyear, Youngtown, Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, and Phoenix.

We sure do! We sell affordable supplies in our office. Now you can handle every aspect of you move in one convenient place!


What are your security features?

Our property is fully fenced and is only accessible through our security gate. We also utilize surveillance cameras to monitor the property and ensure that our tenants know that they and their belongings are safe.


How can I pay my bill?

While you’re welcome to make a visit to the office each month to manage your account, there’s a simpler option available. You can pay your bill conveniently online anytime.
